  4.         After creating a hypertext access system with many ways to reach
  5.         each of the contained ideas (i.e. adding redundancy taxonomies),
  6.         then the next step is linking each idea to its closest neighbors.

  8.         Here's the art of making cross-links among similar ideas:

  10.                 If an idea appears in 3 separate files, each contains
  11.                 hypertext jumps to the other 2 occurrences.
  12.  
  13.                 If an idea appears in 7 separate files, don't include 6
  14.                 hypertext jumps in each file.  Instead, include in each
  15.                 of the files 2 hypertext links such that any of the set
  16.                 of files can be reached from any file within 3 jumps.
  17.  
  18.                 If an idea appears in 20 separate files, link each of the
  19.                 files to a two-level menu system that further classifies
  20.                 the subtleties of the concept.
  21.  
  22.         SUMMARY:  Each file should have 2-3 hypertext jumps to related ideas.
